If you have been appointed as an executor of someone’s estate, it can be a daunting concept coupled with grieving over the death of a loved one. Problems can also arise if the estate is not dealt with in a timely manner nor handled properly.

• liaise with HMRC

• settle liabilities

 

Where there is a property to sell or transfer, the process runs alongside the probate administration and is charged separately.
